Frugal Prices for a Basix Polish – 4 of 7

Not that I expect you to know this, but I’m not into cremes. In my collection of 2k+ polishes, I think that I might have 10 cremes. Usually because they sneak into my collection like Heart Throb Red. That being said, I was actually impressed on how well it applied. I think part of my dislike of cremes is the absolute accuracy you have to have in applying it – I just don’t have that type of talent.

I also had a slight mix up with Raspberry Ice, which was way similarily named to Ice Raspberry shown in batch 2. Although they are correctly named on the site, they are labelled with the same name. Regardless, I think the Raspberry Ice show here is one of the highlights of this line. It has a strong gold shimmer that makes it a stand out color.

Earl: How’s the polish naming business going along, Joe?
Joe: *shakes head dejectedly* It’s rough. I think I have the first one, Hearth Throb Red.
Earl: Not bad.
Joe: And Purplescent
Earl: Didn’t know that purple had a scent.
Joe: And Ice Cherry and Ice Raspberry.
Earl: Think you already named one Ice Raspberry.
Joe: Damn! Ok. I got it. I can switch it around and name them Cherry Ice and Raspberry Ice.
Earl: Don’t you think that might be a bit confusing?
Joe: They’re all pink! How much more confusing can it get?
Earl: I hate to admit it, but you have a point there, Joe.
