I am alive! My nails are not!
I know that I’ve been absent lately, but I’ll be back in full force in a week or two. My nails have been suffering calamity after calamity and are incredibly short right now. And I hate polishing my nails when they are this length. I’ve actually been going around the last week with just a base coat on (the horror!).
I have a ton of new polishes I can’t wait to show off. Some well know, some not. Some new, some old. Some are dazzlers and some are duds. =D So bear with me while my nails recover from winter!

We should start our own unhappy-nail-forum. After nearly two years with fantastic nails, hardly a little chipping or two, my nails just imploded. One after the other. Yesterday I cut them all down, and still they have big cracks. THAT SUCKS!! So I hear you about not wanting to post with short nails. I’m there too … See you in a couple of weeks!
Ack, and yours was such a beautiful length! Doesn’t it just make you feel kinda helpless? It’s rather difficult for a blogger to not have a canvas to paint on! =(
Exactly. Can’t swatch with these horrific things called “nails”. And I refuse, REFUSE to put on fake nails for the sake of the blog. Hope I don’t loose all my readers.

Ive noticed that a lot of people have been suffering from “Nail shut down” lately. Personally, I have cute my nails super short and am not wearing any polish for a week. Its like a vacation for the nails, its spring!
