I know, it’s bad when a bottle shape is what excites you. What can I say, I love polish in square bottles!
This collection was not what I expected and at same time, exceeded what I expected based on the color I applied. Sound confusing? Let me explain. I was expecting polishes to lean towards the foil finish with a more metallic look to it. I mean, look at the bottle pics, what would you expect?
I started off with Chrome Green and it was… okay. The color was a super mild green. But instead of applying like a foil (which is probably one of the easiest finishes to apply), it applied more like a pearl. There were slight brush strokes so application had to be careful. It’s not a bad polish, but it didn’t blow my socks off.

Navy Blue, however, far exceeded what I was expecting. Saturated color, no brushstrokes, great depth. It almost reminded me of the OPI Suedes with topcoat. All are shown with 2 coats.
When I moved on to Chrome Pewter, it was more like Chrome Green. Fortunately Chrome Purple resembled the application of Chrome Navy. There is obviously two different formulas at work here – two of which I loved and two which I was simply “meh” about. If I were to do it over again, I’d forgo the Green and Pewter. The Navy and the Purple are must haves!
