I picked these polishes up in March, but they look like an Autumn offering, don’t they?

I don’t own too many CQ polishes. Usually because they’re sold at Rite-Aid and I’m a CVS gal. While I really liked the first three I acquired, I was really not a fan of these.

While I’m not the world’s most fastidious nail painter, I don’t usually have too much of a problem getting a decent manicure. For some reason, the brush on these two was not cooperating with me. I kept getting pools near the cuticle and there was a lot of clean up being done.

While I like the shade of Golden Green, Rustic Dream did not translate as nicely to the nails as I thought it would. Perhaps that is my fault. Oranges generally don’t do well on my skin tone. But the duochrome in the bottle was alluring. I just don’t think there was as much duochrome as I was expecting. Eh well, maybe by next autumn, I’ll feel differently. =)
