I have a confession. I have the hardest time buying just one bottle of new brand. At minimum I usually buy two but normally I buy 4. It just seems like such a nice number for the start of a new brand in my polish collection. Invariably, there is at least one color that I either dislike or am totally “meh” about. Not so here.
At £9.50 (around $15), the Mythicals collection are not the cheapest polishes on the market, but boy are they worth it. The colors are unbelievable, the application was flawless, the brush was divine and hey, they come in square bottles. Can it get any better than that? Only if they expand their non-creme selections.

Morgan Le Fay has to be the most gorgeous white ever. While you can still see visible nail line (VNL) at three coats, it’s subtle and I was impressed with the coverage considering we’re talking a shimmery white. Application didn’t have any of the problems that white polishes generally have. I don’t know about you, but with super light colors, I generally have consistancy problems getting the color on all nails at the same opacity. I didn’t really have that problem here.
Tristam and Lady of the Lake were…. I’m not quite sure. Kinda like a foil without the silver base. A bit speckled like OPI Suedes. Super easy to apply. Seriously opaque – I almost could have stopped at one coat, but opted for two. I want this finish in every color in the rainbow.
Avalon was just a gorgeous purple. Not quite a shimmer, not quite a creme. Just simply beautiful. Again, a two coater that almost could have been a one coater.
Shall I continue singing praises? These have got to be the shiniest polishes I’ve ever applied. Usually polishes have that “wet shine” when you first apply it only for it to disappear once it starts drying. Three of these colors have top coat. One, I waited for the “wet shine” to fade before I took photos without top coat. Can you tell which one it is?

I really do like “Lady of the Lake” and “Tristam”.
Lady of the lake is so pretty!
Is Morgan Le Fay the one without top coat? That shade reminds me of Zoya Ginessa. I love Tristam and Lady of the Lake, too!
A England nail polish is gorgeous! I only have Lady Of The Lake but I want em all!
