I will be perfectly honest. I was more interested in getting nail polish with cats for the brush handle than the actual colors themselves. Seriously, how cute is that?!?
Peripera is a Korean brand that I would have never come to my attention if it wasn’t for stumbling across Gmarket. Gmarket is a three-prong site that brings together Korean, Singaporean (is that right?) and Japanese sellers with global buyers.
Fortunately for me, the colors were stupendous. Every one of these were two coaters with great depth, pigmentation and sparkle. The only thing they didn’t have was a decent brush. Unlike most Asian polishes that I’ve used, the brush on these were ginormously wide compared to a China Glaze brush and the density ranged from unweildly thick to manageably thin.
Although the brush took some serious getting used to, I love, love, love the colors. Luxury Red has gold, red and pink shimmer. Metallic Coral is a pinkish coral with some hyped up gold shimmer making it look like a duochrome. Crystal Blue is a shimmer that looks like a glass flecked on steriods. Prism Navy has teal shimmer making it look like an iridescent.

For those having problems with Gmarket:
I prefer the Korean site as it’s easier to navigate than the Japanese and has pretty much everything that the Singapore site has.
Next to the auction title, there’s a translate button. If you press it, it will layout what all the drop down options are. Remember, you must make sure that the seller ships internationally (international shipping availability will be listed under Info section).
Once you have your item selected, press the add to cart button. After all your purchases are made, go to your cart. If you registered correctly, your items should be listed under “Overseas”.
Select your country and shipping method. Note that GMarket will charge based on “estimated weight” which invariably is more than actual weight. Any difference in shipping will be refunded.
Once you are done with the shipping options, select “Place Order” and make your payment through Paypal.
That’s it! I found shipping was surprisingly fast and Gmarket was extremely good about keeping you updated as to shipment status.

Those are just about the cutest bottles I’ve ever seen. well, the hello kitty bottles are pretty cute too… but anyways. The coral color is TDF. You are a lucky duck.
