I don’t know if I was just lucky or if NYX Girls is just hitting home run after home run because I’m absolutely loving over 11 of these 12 new colors. Kinky Pink is my definition of the perfect summer hot pink: neon voltage with lots of shimmer. Maui Sunrise looked more red in the bottle than it did on the nail. This warm color also boasts lots of shimmer. Three coats for both of these.

Genesis and Fire Amber are so similar in the bottle that when they first arrived, I thought I had accidentally double ordered a color. But as you can tell from the swatches, these are definitely two different reds. Genesis is more of a cool burgandy and Fire Amber (appropriately named) is sporting a warm gold shimmer. Both reds were two coaters.
