Kleancolor Chunky Holo Part 1 of 3

Close on the heels of the Holo Series, Kleancolor came out with the Chunky Holo colors. These received a bit of buzz but I’m not quite sure they are all that. All of them are in a jelly base and with the exception of Black Chunky Holo (swatch coming soon), the holographic glitter is exactly the same in all of them.

This means two things. You really need to like jellies. Or. You need to be into layering. If neither of these things interest you, skip this collection. If the first is true, then by golly, buy them all. If only the second is true, buy only two. Which ones? Bear with me.

All of the swatches in this series is three coats. Some ended up being a little more opaque than others, but I wanted to show a consistent number so you would be able to see the difference. There’s not really a lot to say about these colors that the swatches don’t say. The last swatch is Fuchsia over a black creme. Notice that the fuchsia color does not show up. Only the holographic glitter is visible. Which to be honest, is quite impressive as it flashes gold, burnt orange and green. To be continued….
