Foils are ultimately my favorite nail polish finish. I love the way they sparkle and reflect light. And I love that there is an ease to application that no other finish can rival. Which means I’m on the constant look out for more and more! So YAY!!! that Color Club has come out with a collection of them.
As with the Revlon Edgy Elegance Collex, there are some that are somewhat typical and others that I think are unique.

I found that the consistency of this collection was a bit thinner than a standard foil. Usually, foils can be beautifully applied while blindfolded. Although there were no application issues, these Color Clubs did not meet my foil application standard. I’m guessing this had to do with the consistency. All swatches are shown at two coats.
Both Anitquated and Foil Me Once are both what I’d consider typical foil shades, light and pastel-y. Hot Like Lava and Cold Metal, however, are not your typical foil colors! Talk about pigmentation! These are the type of foils I’m always on the look out for.
The last two colors are again what I’d consider typical foil shades with very odd names that I’m not quite sure I get. What’s up with the dashes? Although Mol-Ten is a typical foil shade due to it’s pastel tint, there aren’t too many green foils out there so I’m glad one was included in this collection.
